Applications
Muffle Furnaces are specially designed to suit the I.S & A. S T. M
Standards. It is applied in the growing fields of Medical, Research,
Agricultural, Industrial, Metal treatment, Ash Determination & Wool
Industries.
Fabrication :
Fabricated on heavy M. S plates with heavy double walled door with
ceramic wool used as insulation. Inner made of Silimenite muffle
External made of CRCA / MS duly epoxy powder coated. Door insulation of
HFK bricks.
Heating Element :
Heating Is provided by A-1 Kanthal. Temp Controller :
Digital temp. controller with Thermocouple
CR / AL.

Optional :
Microprocessor based PID controller with Timer. Electronic solid state
fuses. Ventury Ejector at the back as air circulation as per A. S. T.M
standards. Energy regulator or blind regulator is installed as safety
device.
