Used for Incubator of large number of samples in
hospitals research institutions, public health
laboratories, etc these chambers can be used for
environment testing of production samples & large
size equipments where temp. & humidity are to be
controlled. They are suitable for storage of
electronic components, biological specimen &
accelerated ageing tests of large number of
pharmaceutical samples They can also be used for
botanical, cytological, plants & animal breeding
laboratories where controlled conditions of temp. /
humidity & illumination are required. |
Construction
:
Pre-fabricated molecular panels with PUF or Glasswool
insulation which can be easily assembled on site. Which
are light weight & easy to handle. It can be assembled /
mantled for relocating. Interior is made of stainless
Steel & Exterior is made of Mild Steel with non
contaminant epoxy powder coated (Epoxy powder coating on
both sides of Mild Steel) Double walled PUF / Glasswool
insulated tight fit doors.
Air Circulation :
Efficient forced air circulating system is provided to
ensure uniform conditions inside the Chamber.

Models available as per GMP / Complete S. S unit.
Validation Protocols :
DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ Protocols with complete documentation &
certification traceable to National & International
Standards.
Safety Features :
Built-in temp. deviation audio/visual alarm. Safety
thermostat for over shoot temp. cut off, safety circuit
to cut off the whole system in case of malfunction (Only
applicable in microprocessor based models). HRC fuses
for compressor heaters & mains, time delay circuit for
safety of compressor etc.

A suitable K. V. A Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer
is strongly recommended
